  1. The main thing people should know is the thickness of the aluminum core in each set…but you didn’t mention core thickness even once. You also didn’t even mention what brands you were reviewing until well into the article, which is very strange. I just assumed you were comparing the Cuisinart MCP and the Cuisinart Tri-Ply sets, I was pretty surprised to learn, well into the article, that you were actually comparing the Cuisinart MCP to the Tramontina Tri-Ply.

    You really need an editor because your paragraph structure is abismal.

    Also, you make ridiculous statements like “The construction of the cookware is unlike any other you have seen in the market.”…are you kidding? Multiclad cookware has been around for a longgggggggg time…at LEAST 50 years.

    Anyway, for those who are shopping for full-clad cookware; If the cores are the same thickness then buy whichever one comes with your preferred handles & lids. If the cores are not the same thickness then buy whichever set has the thicker core.
    I can tell you that the middle of the sidewall of the MCP has a core thickness of about 1.5mm. unfortunately I don’t know the thickness of the Tramontina set.
